Aravalli Farm Art Retreat · 8–9 August 2026
The Aravalli Farm Art Retreat with Kumkum Arts is a two-day escape at Kivara Homes in the Aravalli Hills, Alwar — slowing down, walking lush farms, picking fresh fruit, meeting the cows, and creating art in a beautiful farm setting. Through a guided, beginner-friendly flow, you try pottery, Jenga block painting, and wine glass painting, and leave with memories and work you made with your own hands.
You don’t need a portfolio. This retreat is for beginners and practising artists alike — creative prompts, experimental activities, and zero judgement. Show up curious; we handle the rest.
Think of it as a meaningful weekend away from routine: pottery, a morning hike + picnic through Aravalli trails, wine glass Sip & Paint, and bonfire-style evenings of games, Jenga block painting, storytelling, and late-night chats.
Note: You don’t need any background in art. It’s about flowing between clay, colour, and conversation - curiosity is enough.

Why Choose Us
Kumkum Arts retreats are designed for people who want a creative break but do not want pressure. You get structure, guidance, and personal space in a setting that naturally slows you down.
Work directly with practicing artists who teach with patience and practical feedback, step by step.
Retreat days include mountain walks, local food, and pause moments — whether we’re in Jibhi, Bir, or the next valley we call home for the weekend.
No judgement, no rush. If this is your first workshop, the format is built for you.
Leave with handmade pieces, better technique, and a memory you can actually feel proud of.
Testimonials
From Bir to Jibhi — voices from past Kumkum Arts circles in the mountains.
"Three days that completely changed how I see creativity. The pottery session was meditative, the mountains were breathtaking, and the people I met felt like old friends by Day 2."
"I came alone, nervous about not knowing anyone. By the end, I had painted my first landscape, made a clay bowl, and found my people. Highly recommend for solo travelers."
"My partner and I did this as a couple's getaway. It was the most unique and meaningful trip we've taken together. The host made everything feel so personal and warm."
"I had never touched clay before this retreat. The instructors made it so simple and supportive that I completed two pieces and felt genuinely proud."
